Liquid molecular condom for women

scientist in US have designed a molecular condom for woman that could effectively prevents AIDS by releasing anti.HIV drugs. the molecular condom,which is in liquid form is required to be vaginally inserted.
the liquid then turns into a gel like coating ,which when exposed to semen returns to it liquid form to release medication.composed of molecules that are liquid at room temp and ,when applied,will spread and turn into a gel and effectively coat the tissue.
