EFFECTIVE EXERCISE FOR ASTHMA PATIENT
This Blog is raising from the pain of one asthma patient ,who has achieved to contolled the asthma completely .No treatment has taken,and good determination is required.
Initially everythings feels to difficult. But later feel you that, nothing is impossible.Grow confidence and overcome the fearness....
This blogg is from an experienced man,who become free from sever asthma attack by simple surya namaskar excercise ( sun salute yoga) .Rememer deep or heavy breath inhalation and exhalation is playing important roll for get rid of astama from you.
Simple surya namaskar yoga as follows.
1.Both toes and palm planted properly on carpent or well cleaned floor in lying postion of face to down.
2.Without moving toes and palms bring up the body up position and keep in slant position by streching out the both hand completely
3.Take deep intake breath air with rasing your waist to up direction as possible and keep little time.
4.Start release the breathed air slowly and bring down the waist to low position while head and face move to down direction and up direction maximum, without touching floor for looking top position(sun) face to East without ving the palms and toes.
5.Repeate several times of mimnimum 25 times daily. For details and correct procedure of surya namaskar refer to varies yoga site may help you.
Pushing exercise as follows.
1.keep the both toes and palms on cleaned dry floor in lying postion .
2. Take deep inhalation breath with raising the body maximum and keep little time.
3. Planting of both palms and toes correctly and firmly as entire body wait will come on it.
4.Release the inhalation air slowly with the body bring down wothout toching floor.
5.Repeat several time with increase the time of keeping breathed air inside of the body.
