Preface about yoga exercise for asthma patient

This yoga steps are practically done ,proved ,and enjoyed by me in my life and this may contain my painful effort and strong determination. I have won and conquered the asthma world. and I have come back my normal life from my lost life .No treatment has taken or depond,only firm determination will play main role.
Initially everythings feels to difficult. But later feel you that, nothing is impossible.Grow confidence and overcome the fearness....

This Natural steps will contribute to stay free from asthma ever,those who facing trouble from asthma.I have not run after the treatment, but took firm determination as no allopaty medicine will use. Steps and Tips for the Surya Namaskar Yoga

1.First stage
Stand straight , face to east direction ,join both hands and keep close to the chest .
2.second stage
take deep inhale breath with raising of the both hands to upwards and move to back side  direction to maximum of the body without  benting the knees.
3.Release the  inhaled air with benting down towards front side and planted the palm on floor .
4.Take deep breath with planting of rightlegs in behind postion.
5.Release the air with planting of other legs in behind position
6Take deep inhale breath air and


Simple surya namaskar yoga as follows.
1.Both toes and palm planted properly on a carpet or well cleaned floor in lying postion of face to down.
2.Without moving toes and palms bring up the body up position and keep in slant position by streching out the both hand completely
3.Take deep intake breath air with rasing your waist to up direction as possible and keep little time.
4.Start release the breathed air slowly and bring down the waist to low position while head and face move to down direction and up direction maximum, without touching floor for looking top position(sun) face to East without moving the palms and toes.
5.Repeate several times of mimnimum 25 times daily. For details and correct procedure of surya namaskar refer to varies yoga site may help you.

Pushing exercise as follows.
1.keep the both toes and palms on cleaned dry floor in lying postion .
2. Take deep inhalation breath with raising the body maximum and keep little time.
3. Planting of both palms and toes correctly and firmly as entire body wait will come on it.
4.Release the inhalation air slowly with the body bring down wothout toching floor.
5.Repeat several time with increase the time of keeping breathed air inside of the body.


Yoga in straight Position

Stand straight to face sun in morning six o clock and join the hand with keep on your chest.
Close your eyes and kept free your mind by leaving all your thoughts for a moment.
Raise and bringing in back position maximum of your both hand up with inhalation of air slowly without changing the position of your closed legs.
Keep some times with maximum inhalation air inside of your body and return back the both hand in original position with releasing the intaken breath air complete and wait for sometimes .
Again raise the both hand in up direction with inhaling of air slowly and benting down to front direction and trying to touch your toes and keep little time .
Start releasing the air slowly, benting up with raising up the both hand and come back the original postion keep little time without air in body.
Do this above steps for half an hour regularly and try to increase the both time of maximum intake air inside and without air inside.This will apply good exercise for the shrinked musseles of the airways and get better passage of air and thus sufficient oxygen will distribute through out the body.
